The purpose of this Bid Solicitation is to solicit Quotes for a Cloud-based Enhanced Digital Driver’s License (EDDL) System. The State intends to utilize professional services, functional proficiencies, and technical expertise provided from this Bid Solicitation to create a new EDDL System. Additionally, the awarded Contractor must sustain all current EDDL System capabilities, efficiency, security enhancements, manufacturing, production, and distribution at present MVC operational levels while development, testing, and implementation of the new System is conducted and the System is replaced in its entirety. The new EDDL system proposed and provided by the awarded Contractor must fulfill all requirements for multiple key elements within the following four (4) core components: 1. Image Capture Application (ICA); 2. Central Issuance (CI) and Over-the-Counter Card Issuance System (OTCCIS); 3. Central Image Repository (CIR) and Image Retrieval System (IRS); and 4. Image Management System (IMS).
