Abandon BWL wells 10-08, 10-09, 10-10, and 10-12 existing type 1 community wells located at 1409 Comfort Street Lansing, MI, 48915, 1619 Comfort Street Lansing, MI, 48915, 2012 Willow Street Lansing, MI, 48917, and 1706 Sunset Avenue Lansing, MI, 8917 respectively. The existing wells do not have a pump or equipment inside them. Perform all work consistent with Michigan water well construction and pump installation code (part 127, Act 368, PA 1978 and administrative rules), R 325.1662-1670. All work shall include mobilization, set up, abandonment to at least 5 ft. below existing grade, demobilization, and reporting to State of Michigan the abandoned well status. If the well cabinet is present, the contractor shall move the well cabinet for abandonment and then reset it to its original location. Owner to remove upper casing and well foundation at later date. Bidder to provide cu.ft. Unit pricing for any fill less than or more than proposed volume in base bid as listed below. Additional fill unit pricing to include any additional mobilization/demobilization, setup, and equipment costs.
