Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Davenport is accepting bids for the 2025 Sidewalk & ADA Ramp Program. This program administers a combination of sidewalk repairs and ADA pedestrian ramp upgrades throughout the city. This is an indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery task order contract. The City will provide any necessary field inspection required. It is required that City inspectors be used on these projects to ensure compliance to the specifications or other directives issued. The Contractor shall be responsible for ascertaining the exact location of all utilities and services from the utility companies before starting construction and coordinating all construction activities with the utility companies as may be necessary. All utilities shall remain in service during construction, unless authorization has been obtained from the Utility Company.
