Cincinnati Public Schools (CPS) is requesting proposals from qualified organizations to provide a comprehensive Procurement and Fleet Card Program, as outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP). While CPS currently operates a procurement card program, it does not have a fleet card program in place. The goal of this RFP is to establish a contract with a single vendor capable of meeting CPS's needs for both procurement and fleet cards. To ensure optimal use of CPS funds, the program must include a rebate component. The District may select a small number of Bidders for a virtual demonstration of their Procurement and Fleet Software and Program. The demonstration should be presented with data to allow CPS a more efficient review of your software. Demonstrations will take place the week of March 10th and 17th.
