The selected vendor will support the Albuquerque Public Schools website in unifying the district’s identity and brand, serving as an informational hub for all site visitors. This may include (but not limited to): Upgrading Plone WCMS: The Plone WCMS is the district’s content management system and must be upgraded regularly to ensure stability, support, and security. The selected vendor will be responsible for implementing security patches, managing add-ons, and upgrading existing add-ons. Migration to another system is out of scope for this maintenance RFP. Development - The project will utilize development, testing, and production environments with version control. The selected vendor must provide support and maintenance for the staging instances. Maintenance – recommend and deploy maintenance and security patches Server Maintenance and Support – Hosting web server Consulting – provide expert advice and recommendations Usability – development of intuitive interfaces to enhance efficiency and clarity of website for end users
