The awarded vendor must furnish labor, equipment, fuel and supplies for landscape maintenance services to maintain a safe, clean, and attractive site at all locations listed herein. Contractor to furnish: • Supervision, all labor, equipment, transportation, chemicals (including pesticides, etc.). Supervisor of crew to ensure outlined tasks are performed. • Employees working on this contract must wear a uniform that identifies themselves as employees of the company that has the contract. • All vehicles to be used on this contract should have the company’s name or logo clearly displayed on the body of the vehicle. • Yearly written documentation that personnel has been tested for drug use with initial test at hiring. Background checks to ensure that individuals have no criminal record with yearly written follow up. • All workers to be covered under Contractor’s own insurance policy for liability and bodily injury. • Workers and contractor must comply with all Clemson University rules and regulations. • Quote is for a one (1) year contract, renewable yearly for a total of five years. Contractor to bill on a monthly basis. • Check list of tasks must be supplied monthly by contractor to the owner’s representative. • Follow all OSHA safety rules.
