This item includes 4 Bridge Replacement Projects and 1 Bridge Deck Overlay Project spread throughout Gibson, Perry and Spencer Counties. The selected firm will perform Preliminary Engineering and Plan Development Services necessary to produce the construction contract documents, including the following services: Environmental Documentation Preparation, Topographic Survey Data Collection, Geotechnical Services, Design, Utility Coordination, R/W Engineering Services including Title/Abstracting and Staking if needed, Real Estate Services, Construction Phase Services and other services as needed. The selected consultant?s fee proposal shall be 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. These contracts will utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
