Contractor to provide and apply the required fertilizers / pesticides necessary to achieve virtually weed free and green grass to the athletic fields only at each of the following locations: Tolland High School – 1 Eagle Hill Tolland Middle School – 1 Falcon Way – FERTILIZER ONLY Cross Farm Complex – 167 Rhodes Road Birch Grove School – 247 Rhodes Road - FERTILIZER ONLY Recreation Field – 104 Old Post Road Tolland Green – 21 Tolland Green River Park #1 & #2– South River Road Heron Cove #1 & #2 - South River Road Awarded Contractor shall provide a copy of their current CT Supervisor’s License for the application of Pesticides from CT DEEP. Contractor shall provide a recommended plan for treatment for all locations. Contractor shall provide at least ONE WEEK NOTICE before applying any treatments. Timeframe of this Proposal is April 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, with an option for yearly extensions. SDS shall be supplied for all applied materials prior to application.
