Cornerstone Learning Community (CLC) is a PreK-8th grade private school located in Tallahassee, FL. CLC is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to design, supply, and install a comprehensive security system that includes electronic access gate, access control system for office and classrooms, and some limited video monitoring system to ensure the safety of its students, staff, and visitors. The scope of this project will include all necessary labor, materials, permitting, and equipment to implement the proposed solution. 2. Project Scope and Specifications 2.1 Electronic Gate System ● Type: Sliding or swinging gate between Hartsfield Rd. and the entrance to the circular parking lot ● Operation: Electronic with access control (key card, keypad, or RFID system) ● Remote operation and video/audio communication capabilities for administrative control ● Integration with emergency access procedures for law enforcement and first responders 2.2 Keyless Entry System ● Type: Either wifi enabled or direct line door ● Operation: Electronic with access control (key card, keypad, RFID system, fob, app) ● Remote operation capabilities for administrative control ● Minimum of 16 doors. Maximum of 24 doors. 2.4 Video Monitoring System ● Limited number of high-definition cameras covering specified entry points, perimeter, and critical areas ● Continuous 24/7 monitoring and recording capabilities ● Remote access to video footage for designated personnel ● Cloud-based storage for video retention ● System integration with the existing technology and potential future technology ● Motion detection and alert system for real-time monitoring
