Bidder shall perform the following: 1.1. Provide and install fixed central overhead rigid duct system from source capture locations below to the outdoor unit. 1.2. Provide and install an outdoor collection and filter system adequately sized with return air. System shall use 3-phase motor(s) with VFD control(s). 1.3. Provide and install source capture fixed or movable ducting, downdraft, plenum and/or grille inside each of the 14 existing welding booths and at the instructor demonstration area. Note: Welding booths are not of adequate size for the installation of articulating arms. 1.4. Provide and install 4 (total) overhead articulating arms for source capture above the fabrication tables. 1.5. Provide and install fixed source capture hood and curtain assembly above CNC plasma table. 1.6. Provide and install blast gates for drops to each location. 1.7. Provide and install control system for unit operation.
