The Project includes the following Work: Base Bid: • Approximately 960 lineal feet of 8-inch ductile iron water main including all appurtenances, fittings, and services. • Approximately 800 linear feet of roadway reconstruction including associated removals, intersections, concrete curb and gutter, concrete driveways, dense graded base, 4-inch asphaltic pavement, traffic control, manhole adjustments, and sawcutting. • All other surface, grading, erosion control, and turf restoration work. Bid Alternate A: • Bid Alternate A is a water utility material replacement bid alternate. This alternate replaces proposed ductile iron water main with PVC C900 water main and 1-inch copper water services with 1-inch HDPE water services. Bid Alternate A also includes the addition of tracer wire with all appurtenances including grounding rods and terminal boxes, and service saddles. The anticipated substantial completion date is 90 calendar days after project start, or October 10, 2025, whichever comes first. The anticipated final completion date is within 18 calendar days of substantial completion, or October 28, 2025.
