Contractor is responsible for loading, transportation and disposal of soil/dirt piles off-site to a place determined by contractor. The total volume of soil to be removed is estimated to be 600 cubic yards. It is required that all project work and equipment stay within the designated work area (work area hereafter). Work area and materials will be identified and marked by the Project Supervisor. Utilize storm water best management practices on upland areas adjacent to wetlands, drainages, streams, bodies of water, and other non-mining areas at risk of receiving sediments ( https://www.pca.state.mn.us/water/stormwater-management ).
