The scope of work includes bridge inspection and reporting services for the bridges owned and operated by the County and listed on the National Bridge Inventory (NBI). The work associated with this project will be executed in the 2025 and 2026 calendar years. Work under this contract and associated with this project will comply with and be conducted in accordance with the current Washington State Local Bridge Program (LBP), Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS) / Specifications for the National Bridge Inventory (SNBI) using the WSDOT software BridgeWorks. The Scope of work includes all field work, calculations and data entry necessary to meet the County’s obligations listed above. Additionally, the scope of work includes: • A completed signed Bridge Inspection Report for each bridge • An updated WSBIS Field Inventory Report/Form • Copies of Critical Damage Bridge Repair Reports as necessary • Photographs – Labeled and dated copies of elevation and deck photographs • Scour Field Evaluation for bridges over waterways • 2025 and 2026 Bridge Report – Issued to County and WSDOT Program Manager • 2025 and 2026 Bridge Health Reports - Issued to County
