This initiative will be managed by the City’s Employee Resources Department, which oversees the medical benefits program. The project scope comprises the following deliverables: 1. Maintenance of Existing PPO Plan The selected Offeror will be responsible for administering the City’s current Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan, ensuring uninterrupted service and consistency for members. This plan features extensive access to healthcare providers, including the Mayo Clinic. Proposals should focus on strategies to sustain or enhance service quality and cost efficiency, emphasizing provider network stability and competitive pricing. Rate proposals must correspond with current coverage specifications and demographic information provided. • Plan Enrollment: The PPO currently covers approximately 229 members (140 families, 89 employee-only).
