Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Disaster Program Management To ensure a streamlined, efficient, and effective debris removal program, the Consultant will develop program management and planning documents to facilitate coordination between involved parties. Program management and planning documents may include, but are not limited to, the following: 1) Mobilization Plan & Schedule 2) Project Health & Safety Plan 3) Site Assessment Workplan 4) Debris Removal Operation Plan (DROP) 5) Program/Project Budgets B. Disaster Debris Monitoring Services The Consultant will be expected to provide disaster debris monitoring services to include debris generated from state, county and other public rights‐of‐way, drainage areas/canals, waterways, private property, and other public/private, eligible, or designated areas. Specific services may include: 1) Coordinating daily briefings, work progress, staffing, and other key items with the Department. 2) Support selection and permitting of Temporary Debris Storage and Reduction Site (TDSRS) locations and any other permitting/regulatory issues as necessary.
