Specifications include, but are not limited to: Third Party Administrators (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor” or “TPA”) to administer its HSA Program, and FSA and Limited Purpose FSA Plans pursuant to Sections 105, 125, 129, and 223 of the Internal Revenue Code. ADOA is seeking a Contractor that will collaborate directly with ADOA and other ADOA-contracted vendors when applicable or upon the request of ADOA for the duration of the Contract. he plan year for participant coverage administered by the State begins January 1 through December 31, with open enrollment period typically scheduled during the months of October and November; Contractor shall provide coverage to all eligible participants, as determined by ADOA. There shall be no minimum enrollment requirements or employer contribution requirements.
