Engineer, furnish, and install ±11,900 square foot Screenhouse 1 complete, including but not limited to foundation, superstructure, polycarbonate vestibules and thrip-screened exterior envelope, doors, hardware, screenhouse equipment, environmental control system and plumbing and electrical systems within existing FPS Building campus. Primary and secondary framing shall be designed to support mechanical, plumbing, and electrical loads. Provide all Unistrut and other supplemental galvanized steel framing spanning between trusses and wall framing members as required for support and attachment of electrical boxes, conduits, lights, piping and all other suspended and/or affixed equipment on interior and exterior of greenhouse whether specifically shown or not. Construct site improvement related to Screenhouse 1, including, concrete walks, fencing work, domestic water, industrial water, fertilizer water, storm and sanitary sewer connections. Construct electrical improvements including connection to existing diesel engine generator and automatic transfer switch.
