The Cherokee National Holiday office is accepting bids from interested parties for Outdoor Lights, Generators & Cooling Fan Services for the 73rd Cherokee National Holiday located in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. The vendor will provide the following; 28 Towable Light Towers with 6kW Generator, 4,200W, 23 ft. Vertical Mast, Diesel Powered units. 20 Water Cooling Fans, 14,000 CFM, 115V Electric Operation. 8 Portable Indoor/Outdoor Evaporative Cooling Fans12,500 CFM, 36 in., delivery & pickup, Delivery times will be specified by the Cherokee National Holiday office. For most events, the delivery will take place the day before the event starts. Pickup will be based on the concluding day of the event. Locations will be throughout Cherokee Nation property with site details below. A final map of the locations of all equipment will be provided to you on or before August 11, 2025.
