The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) is requesting professional architectural and engineering services to perform Phase 100, 400, 500, 600 & 700 Professional Services at Various DTMB Parking Locations, Michigan. The intent of this selection process is to contract with a qualified firm to provide ad-hoc professional services to complete a study, engineering design and construction administration for installation of level 3 electric vehicle chargers at four separate DTMB facilities: Jackson State Office Building, Downtown Lansing (near Hall of Justice Visitor lot off of Allegan or Ottawa Street), DTMB State of Michigan Warehouse Complex Building #600 (Surplus), and Traverse City State Office Building. It is anticipated the project scope at each site may/will include: Modification of the existing facility electrical systems & equipment (as required) New conduits and wiring Installation of level 3 chargers Exterior site modifications, signage and pavement markings Architectural modifications/repairs required to accommodate electrical work
