Once awarded a contract, the selected artist or artist-led team must submit a final design in a packaged, high-resolution CMYK digital format suitable for large-scale printing (vector files such as AI or EPS, or high-resolution raster files at 300 dpi or higher). Minor design adjustments may be requested to ensure compatibility with the printing and installation process. The design must account for individual windowpanes, with each pane clearly identified to ensure proper scaling and placement. Final files must meet the specifications provided by the perforated window decal fabricator and adhere to the project timeline set by Salt Lake County Art in Public Places. The artist must also be available for media interviews and public speaking engagements. Final design files are due by 5:00 PM on June 6, 2025, or by an alternate deadline as agreed upon.
