Services to be provided under this project encompass the staging, sorting, loading, hauling, and unloading of Douglas-fir trees by the Apparent Successful Bidder from properties that will be identified in writing by DNR prior to the start of each Work Order, as generally shown on attached Exhibit E - the Project Site Map and Wood Transportation Route. The Douglas-fir trees will have the root-wads preserved and will be bucked at a minimum length of 85 feet. The Apparent Successful Bidder will be responsible for staging, sorting, and loading the trees on-site. The Apparent Successful Bidder will transport the trees via the designated transport route (identified prior to work start by DNR in writing) to the pre-approved drop-off and storage location on DNR managed lands, specifically identified as the DNR Rock Pits, PD (121.8739372°W 48.0260019°N) and as depicted on Exhibit E - the Project Site Map and Wood Transportation Route. The exact drop-off location may be subject to change based on discussions with the Apparent Successful Bidder and as agreed to by both parties in writing.
