3.01 Scope. The Division of Online & Continuing Education at Weber State University was awarded a Strengthening Community Colleges (SCC4) Grant from the Department of Labor. Additionally, WSU has been selected to participate in an Outcomes Study, as part of the national impact study related to this round of grant funding. As part of this award, Weber State University has been required to select a third-party evaluator to be part of the grants team, to assist with the work listed below. The proposal should address the following requirements from the Department of Labor: 1. Support Weber State University communication with the national evaluator. 2. Support Weber State University in documenting outcomes and providing feedback to inform the development of interventions and identifying potential adaptations to the interventions to address systemic barriers and dynamic environments. This support could include setting up dashboards for internal use, helping identify and evaluate data sources, developing data analytics for metrics or timeframes, advising on infrastructure, and other such activities that build Weber State University’s capacity to improve its data reporting capacity. 3. Support Weber State University in instituting a Good Jobs and Equitable Employment Outcomes data review and analysis process, which must occur at least annually. 4. Develop interim and final briefing slides for the Department of Labor that provide an overview or summary of grant accomplishments, lessons learned, systems change, and any other highlights. 5. Create written reports, as needed for Weber State University leadership and internal reporting.
