The work for the demolition of the Washington County New Public Safety Building - Tower Demolition Package, Washington County, Pennsylvania, shall include, but is not necessarily limited to. 1. Mobilization 2. Site Controls 3. Protection of existing adjacent 911 annex building 4. Abatement and removal of hazardous materials in accordance with all applicable codes 5. Cutting and capping off existing utilities (gas, water, sewage, electric) 6. Interior stripping (removal of fixtures, finishes, equipment, etc.) 7. Complete structural dismantling, demolition and breaking of 7 story office tower (walls, floor, roof) 8. Demolition of all non-structural items in parking garage (elevator cabs, rails, cables, etc.) 9. Debris removal and disposal 10. Minor renovations to annex building (furnish and install new doors, exit signs, ramps, etc.) 11. Maintain/preserve the structural integrity of the parking garage structure as it is serving as a retaining wall. 12. Site Clean-up
