Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1 Data Evaluation and Collection: Analyzing existing self-evaluation data, conducting sample studies, and gathering additional necessary data to form a complete understanding of current accessibility standards and needs. This includes collecting and assessing self-evaluation data for sidewalks and path of travel specifically for facility campuses. 2.2 Collaboration with PROW Consultants: Working collaboratively with the Public Right of Way (PROW) Consultant to embed relevant and pertinent information into the ADA Transition Plan. 2.3 External ADA Advisory Team Development: Assisting in the formation and facilitation of an external ADA advisory team that includes disability advocates and stakeholders to provide guidance and feedback throughout the planning process. 2.4 Programs, Activities, and Service Evaluation: Conducting a thorough review of the city’s programs, activities, and services to identify areas where ADA compliance could be improved and suggesting actionable changes.
