The City of Spokane, through its Information Technology Department (hereinafter “City”) is initiating this Request for Proposals (hereinafter “RFP”) to solicit Proposals from Firms interested in providing a hosted Park Attraction Management System (hereinafter “PAMS”) solution for attractions, retail/concession, and facility rental management for Riverfront Spokane (hereinafter “Park”). Riverfront Spokane is a non-gated 64-acre public park located in downtown Spokane, Washington, offering scenic views of the Spokane Falls, access to the Centennial Trail, attractive walking paths, and a sculpture walk. The park serves as a regional events hub, hosting major events like Bloomsday, Hoopfest, and the 4th of July Fireworks. Year-round family attractions include the historic 1909 Looff Carrousel, a scenic SkyRide over the falls, and a seasonal ice-skating ribbon. Visitors can rent pedal karts, scooters, and roller skates, and purchase tickets for attractions online or onsite. The park features a gift shop selling local souvenirs and a seasonal concession stand. Admission control occurs at each specific attraction entrance.
