Monthly Servicing (Shall be included in pricing) - Provide all chemicals to successfully control scale, corrosion and microbiological growth in the cooling and heating water systems. Provide all precursors needed to generate sufficient chlorine dioxide to treat the potable water system. Chemicals will be transferred into the tanks and empty containers removed. This will minimize or eliminate chemical storage and handling by SNSVH personnel. Twice per month service calls to analyze all pertinent waters. Extra visits are provided as needed, estimated to be at least 12 additional unscheduled visits per year to assure excellent results (to be included in the cost proposal). Calibrate and adjust controllers and chemicals pumps based on water conditions. Maintain all chemical controllers and feed equipment to manufacturer's specifications. Please see attached Grundfos specifications for the chlorine dioxide equipment. Inspect and replace sensors, tubing, and other parts per manufacturer's specifications. Respond to calls regarding chlorine dioxide or chlorite measurements which are over the EPA limit, take corrective actions to bring the levels down below EPA limits.
