Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this solicitation is to secure qualified and experienced service provider(s) to provide athletic equipment and supplies for various sports facilities and recreational areas for the Parks and Recreation Department. This includes a wide range of sports gear and supplies necessary for activities such as baseball, basketball, football, hockey, pickleball, soccer, softball, tennis, and volleyball, ensuring that the department can effectively support its community sports programs and recreational activities. Contractor will provide commercial grade products and supplies, on an as-needed basis, to various City of Phoenix community and recreational center locations over the contract term. As manufacturer and quantity per package may vary, all changes from that which is specified must be clearly indicated for appropriate evaluation. Failure to identify alternate product by manufacturer or standard packaging shall not excuse the bidder from providing items as specified under a resulting contract award.
