All equipment is to be delivered to Essex County Buildings & Grounds. This is an equipment supply only BID, Essex County will provide the labor to install all of the specified units. The product shall be equivalent or better than 93,000 cooling BTU, Refrigerant must be R32, EER of 11.2, Two-Stage Condenser with Scroll Compressor, liquid valve size 5/8”, suction valve size 1-3/8”, and a rated tonnage of 7.5, (Outdoor Unit Model #: DC6TE09030) ii. Electrical Data: 208/230V 3 Phase 60 Hz c. This BID shall be for the replacement of one (1) outdoor condenser units detailed as shown in these specifications. The unit shall be a minimum of 93,000 Btu/h Outside Air Condenser.
