General Requirements: The contractor shall provide eDiscovery support services for the Office of the Missouri Attorney General in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. Upon request from the state, the contractor shall provide services stated herein to any requesting additional state agency at the firm, fixed pricing stated on Exhibit C, Pricing Pages. The contractor must provide a secure hosted Relativity environment that must be hosted within the continental United States. It is highly desirable that the contractor have an office within the State of Missouri by the time of implementation start and for the duration of the contract. Other Agencies May Order: The Division of Purchasing reserves the right to allow other state agencies and government entities (e.g. cities, counties, etc.) to order from the contract. The State of Missouri shall bear no financial responsibility for any payments due the contractor by non-state governmental entities (e.g. cities, counties, etc.). Contractor’s Obligation: Unless otherwise specified herein, the contractor shall furnish all material, labor, facilities, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform the services required herein.
