Specifications include, but are not limited to: Perpetuation to resurface approximately 3.5 mile of IH 90 from 0.55 miles west to STH 33 to IH 39 in Columbia County. Mill and overlay 3.5 inches of HMA pavement and patch the underlying concrete pavement (CRCP) as needed. Repair concrete pavement at sections with concrete area and at the STH 33 concrete ramp bottoms as needed. Mill and overlay 2 inches of HMA pavement at the IH 90/ STH 33 interchange ramps. Mill the asphalt shoulders and place 3.5 inches of HMA pavement. Replace the guard rail along the STH 78 exit ramp coming off IH 90/94 EB, one culvert under the EB on-ramp from STH 33 to IH 90, and type 1 signs. Repair approach slabs (raise the settled approaches) at two structures and replace the adjacent shoulders.
