Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Southeast Region requires assistance to perform construction project controls tasks for the IH 94 East West Corridor from 70th St to 16th St in Milwaukee County as an extension of WisDOT staff. Perform issue management, change management, technical process review and document management using document control software specified by the Department. Interface with the Region Program Services Team. Beginning August 1st, 2025 the consultant staff will consist of one full-time on-site Project Controls Leader and one full-time on-site Project Document Controls Leader. in September 2027, It is anticipated that one additional full-time onsite Project Document Controls Leader will be needed. Exact staffing levels will be determined during scoping of the contract. A small team of individuals, one for each area, is preferred; but a larger team may be proposed. If proposing a larger team, indicate the primary individuals. The team will be based at the construction project field office. Telework will be allowed in accordance with the region's telework policy.
