Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lead, perform, and document the Routine and NSTM inspection of the Richard I. Bong Memorial Bridge, B-16-0038 (Minnesota # 69100), in accordance with the National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS), the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) Bridge and Structure Inspection Program Manual (BSIPM), the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Structure Inspection Manual (SIM) and the WisDOT Structure Inspection Field Manual. Inspect the bridge and consolidate all unit data into a single bridge ID in the Highway Structures Information System (HSIS). Use spreadsheets (or other documentation methods) to consolidate data by span, as necessary, for efficient inspection execution. Develop field inspection documents for use on this inspection and future inspections of this bridge. The bridge has previously been inspected as 19 individual units.
