Specifications include, but are not limited to: Due to the specific nature of the County’s need and the considerations identified above, entities who wish to submit a protest must describe how they meet the following minimum requirements: 1. The entity accepts Medicaid coverage. 2. The entity accepts voluntary clients. 3. The entity is currently serving clients with Medicaid coverage, including those who are voluntarily admitted. 4. The entity provides ASAM 3.7 level of care. 5. The entity is willing and able to participate in the RCT. 6. The entity’s facility at which individuals receive care is located within Pierce County. 7. The entity reserves/prioritizes a sufficient number of beds for Medicaid clients to meet the 100 client minimum.
