Specifications include, but are not limited to: Services may include but are not limited to the following: • Provide cultural resources expertise for local, state, and federal codes, including Section 106 and Executive Order 21.02. Also, provide cultural resources support to Pierce County staff responding to cultural resources comments and requirements during the SEPA and permitting process. • Attend meetings and formal and/or informal consultations with the Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation (DAHP), Tribes, Pierce County Archeologist, Corps of Engineers Archeologist, and Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Local Programs Archeologist. • Research databases, archives (Washington State Archives, Pierce County Archives), and web-based clearing houses for site information.
