• Interpret and translate services into multiple languages • Assess a household’s ability to pay rent on an on-going basis to determine level of assistance needed to obtain housing stability • Refer households to public benefits, social services and/or other types of financial assistance or resources that may be needed to avoid eviction and ensure housing stability • Provide case management services to assess need for additional financial assistance to ensure housing stability and to provide additional services and/or referrals to other community-based organizations • Support tenant to locate safe and stable housing, complete a Housing Quality Standards inspection, and provide lead base paint policy if tenant must move to a new unit
