Units depicted in Blue on the Site Plan is the site of the proposed location. Geotechnical Engineering Service shall be responsible for all Blue Stake. Value-Engineering shall be of utmost consideration in the development of the Report Geotechnical Engineering Services shall be performed in accordance with all applicable ASTM specifications and Standard Industry Testing to evaluate the subsurface condition to provide recommendation for the following: • Foundation Design: Foundation Design shall be devised for both Conventional and Post-Tensioned Floor Slabs. And shall also include Footing Types (depth/width), Bearing Capacities and Settlement of Soils/Foundation, Road Design (recommended asphalt mix design and aggregate base course mix design). • Earthwork for Site Preparation. • Suitability of On-Site Soils for Structural Fill Material. • Drainage and Optimum Moisture Content of On-Site Soils. • Excavation Conditions, to determine standard or specialized tools/equipment are required.
