The selected firm will create a comprehensive, detailed roadmap of strategic destination development efforts that grow the tourism economy in McMinnville-Warren County, TN. The selected partner will be required to ensure the following are conducted: Research • Conduct a comprehensive inventory of current assets in McMinnville-Warren County as well as those in the surrounding area off which McMinnville-Warren County can capitalize. • Identify the key issues that are impacting tourism development and growth in McMinnvilleWarren County. Stakeholder Engagement • Through appropriate and high impact means, engage and collaborate with important stakeholders such as local businesses, community leaders, elected officials, advisory committees, tourism operators, influencers, and other partners by collecting data, sentiment, perceptions, and additional insights.
