The County of Jefferson, in compliance with New York State Municipal Law #103, is soliciting bids from qualified suppliers to supply various equipment replacement parts, labor and materials to repair and maintain the products listed within. The intent of this solicitation is to provide a source for the supply of replacement parts and components, utilizing exclusively, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Parts and labor costs for repair of equipment in use by the County of Jefferson. Bids will be accepted from Factory Authorized Dealers or repair facilities. A letter shall be provided, if requested, confirming that the bidder is a Factory Authorized Dealer. The County reserves the right to add additional equipment acquired from any of the manufacturer’s listed to the contract. Discount rates for additional equipment will be negotiated at the time of the addition.
