The State seeks a Grantee to serve as an intermediary for registered educator apprenticeships, expanding regional access to affordable, high-quality EPP coursework through curricular innovation and supporting the development of districts as EPPs in underserved regions. In addition to this central role, the Grantee shall at minimum carry out the following core actions: 1. Provide technical assistance to districts based on various strategies to offer clear, actionable, differentiated workforce solutions that prioritize districts with the most need and focus on high-need endorsement areas. 2. Collect and share data and best practices from local, state, and national sources in a user-friendly platform that functions as a human capital toolkit of tiered resources to maximize local district success. 3. Convene stakeholders to problem solve and share best practices. 4. Source and draft grant applications on behalf of both the State and grantee (as applicable) to support the vision for the Tennessee Talent Hub (i.e., online platform for EPP coursework, technical assistance support). 5. Maintain commitment to collaboration with the State, districts, educator preparation providers, other higher education entities, and community partners and proactively communicate any requests for a contract amendment.
