BC seeks a consultant to recommend and implement an integrated countywide ERP system(s) that includes Financial, Human Resources, Land Records (Taxes), Contracts/Procurement, and Government Agenda Management. The consultant will lead the project team with BC division representatives with ERP system oversight. The consultant will be responsible for understanding each division's operations and software requirements to streamline processes and improve effectiveness. This includes current and future state reviews with division representatives along with building integrating solutions across divisions. BC would prefer one ERP System unless multiple systems can be fully integrated where needed or where value is available. Time is of the essence as BC’s timekeeping (Kronos) and scheduling system (Telestaff) are being decommissioned in 2027. BC desires to have ERP System(s) solutions before investing in Kronos and Telestaff upgrades. ‘Functional Scope’ below lists areas of focus along with subject areas for an ERP System.
