The City of Pontiac, IL is inviting sealed Bid Proposals from interested and qualified parties for the Utility Investigations North Side Sewer Separation Phase II. This project is located North of the Vermilion River East of Main Street in three areas. Area one is bounded by the Vermilion River to the South, Walnut Street to the West, Madison Street to the North and Fountain Street to the East. Area two is Walnut Street from North Street to Pierce Street, and Pierce Street from Walnut Street to Locust Street. Area three is Locust Street from Indiana Avenue to Wabash Avenue, Michigan Avenue from Walnut Street to Locust Street and Wabash Avenue from Main Street to Walnut Street. The work is to consist of hydro-excavation for determining the horizontal location and vertical depth of existing utilities in the location of potential conflict with proposed storm sewer as shown on the plans.; This work shall include all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, transportation, equipment, and services necessary and required to perform the improvements as set forth in the Contract Documents.
