The specific project is substan5al housing rehabilita5on of approximately 10 houses occupied by qualifying low-to-moderate-income families. The city will be considering rental units as well as owner occupied proper5es, and the demoli5on of vacant dilapidated residen5al structures within a target area to be determined, in Arkansas City, Kansas. Administra5on services shall include, but are not limited to, the implementa5on of the project in conformance with the following CDBG compliance area: environmental review, financial management, procurement, labor standards, equal opportunity/civil rights, ci5zen par5cipa5on, acquisi5on/reloca5on, and close-out. Addi5onally, the firm selected will assist the City with all aspects in the wri5ng, prepara5on, and submission of the CDBG grant applica5on.
