A. Contractor shall remove and replace one (1) 1-ton air conditioning units serving the Sergeant’s Office, Evidence Room and Briefing Room. B. Contractor to recover any remaining refrigerant from system. C. Contractor to remove and replace any air handler, transition fittings, piping and electrical. D. Contractor to ensure weather tight and seal all connections. E. Contractor to install a new digital energy star thermostat. F. Contractor to provide crane and rigging services. G. Contractor shall remove all debris, including packaging materials from the jobsite daily. H. Contractor shall warranty work for a period of one year after installation and provide manufacturer’s warranty on equipment installed. I. Warranty: Upon 100% completion and final inspection, Contractor hereby guarantees that the work will be completed in accordance with the requirements of the contract. Warranty shall be ten (10) years warranty on all parts and one (1) year on labor.
