Doña Ana County Purchasing Department, on behalf of Camino Real Regional Utility Authority, is seeking proposals for legal services for CRRUA on an “on call” basis. The Contractor and CRRUA shall confirm acceptance of requested legal services in writing as a task order, at which time the parties will agree on the timing for submission of status reports, draft reports, final reports and other reports as required. Preferred law firms and attorneys will have experience and qualifications in one or more of the following areas: 1. Administrative Law; 2. Contract Law; 3. Civil Law; 4. Environmental Law; 5. Water Rights; 6. Employment Law. The law firm or attorney must have substantial knowledge and experience (a minimum of 5 years) in one or more of the aforementioned areas of law and must be able to show the nature and extent of that experience.
