A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: Each station requires reconstruction of the pavement and concrete surfaces. Bituminous pavements and curbs shall be reclaimed and repaved. Concrete pavements and curb shall be removed and replaced. Erosion control measures shall be installed during construction. Other installation items may include concrete cross-gutters, aprons, patios, stairs, fencing and miscellaneous items. Landscaping to include sod and restoration work after installation. Each of the stations will be closed to the public during the allotted construction period. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Plymouth Exam Station is scheduled to be completed first. Anticipated construction start is April 1, 2025. COMPLETION MUST BE ON May 31, 2025, upon which the station will be re-opened. a. Reclaim existing bituminous roads b. Remove existing concrete curbs, walks, aprons c. Install new concrete curbs, walks, aprons d. Install new bituminous pavement e. Restoration of disturbed areas f. Provide topographic survey, construction staking, materials testing 2. Arden Hills Exam Station is scheduled to be completed second. Anticipated construction start is May 1, 2025. COMPLETION MUST BE ON JUNE 30, 2025, upon which the station will be re-opened. a.
