3.1. Erosion Repair The following outlines the contractor's general scope of work for repairing the Dewberry Lane erosion. All work shall conform to the attached engineer plans. A. Site Assessment and Preparation 1. Utility location 2. Utility conflict resolution 3. Installing and maintaining erosion control measures, traffic control, and project staking 4. Dewatering the channel 5. Limited clearing, grubbing, and excavation B. Removal and Disposal 1. Conflicting trees and stumps 2. Muck excavation as needed 3. Soil/borrow excavation C. Culvert Installation 1. Boulder installation over nonwoven geotextile fabric per the plans 2. Rip rap installation D. Project Wrap Up 1. Removal of any temporary erosion control measures 2. Permanent grassing/stabilization of disturbed areas, including the lay down area
