This scope of work is for the production and installation of full and partial wraps to seven (7) electric buses owned by the City of Rock Hill, including the removal of previous wrapping for each bus. While there is no explicit deadline for completion, time is of the essence with this project. A. The successful vendor will be responsible for communicating with City staff to verify the vehicle dimensions and final designs required to produce and install the necessary bus wrapping. Initial designs and specifications will be provided by the City for the partners' advertisements. Measurements and specifications for both bus models are in the attachments as Attachment E and Attachment F. All branding information for My Ride Rock Hill is attached as Attachment G, including color requirements. B. Vendor will be responsible for: 1. The removal of current wrapping in areas specified for each bus (details in section 3.2) 2. Design coordination with City staff and partners 3. Production and installation of the full-color wrapping C. All wrapping removal and installation is to be completed on City property at the Operations Center, located at 757 S. Anderson Road, Rock Hill, South Carolina 29730. Hours for work are between Saturday at 2:00 PM and Sunday evening for any buses that are in the operational category at the time of work.
