The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Renovation of approximately 22,280 square feet of Alamo Hall (Building 521) a TwoStory masonry hospital for Geriatric Maximum-Security Unit consisting of forensic psychiatric care for men and women with related Nurse Stations, Offices, Conference Rooms, Medications Rooms, Group and Multi-Purpose Rooms, Dining, Laundry/Cleaning support and Staff Areas. 2. Renovation work for the Alamo Hall includes demolition of the existing interiors, elevator, new exterior ADA ramps, new interior walls, doors, flooring, ceilings, new patient elevator, revising existing HVAC, electrical and fire alarm systems / life safety upgrades. New and revising existing Wi-Fi access / cabling for telephone/data and communications, and security camera monitoring. 3. Work at Alamo Hall includes a new 420 square foot addition with a new elevator.
