This project will install approximately 7,895 feet of new 8-inch and 12-inch watermain, fire hydrants, valves, and services on Andover Drive, Deerfield Court, Downey Court, Andover Court, Danby Court, Clarendon Court, Chatsworth Court, Charleston Court, Danforth Court, and Concord Court in the Andover neighborhood (parts of Greenbrook Units 1, 2, and 3). The project will also include resurfacing the streets and spot repairs of the sidewalk and curb and gutter. The project plans and specifications are currently being finalized and will be ready before bypass funding is awarded. The project is awaiting bypass funding from the IEPA State Revolving Fund Public Water Supply Loan Program.
