1. All Construction is to be performed using good construction practice and observing all codes and statutes that govern this construction. 2. Care should be taken to protect all adjacent surfaces from run-off, overspray and any damage not mentioned herein. 3. Contractor shall provide temporary facilities, dumpsters, barricades and all necessary equipment to properly complete the work described below. 4. Clean all repair areas where existing membrane will remain with weathered membrane cleaner. 5. Remove all areas of insulation indicated as wet on the moisture scan provided down to structural metal deck. 6. Inspect deck for deficiencies and repair as needed. Provide SQFT price for 22 GA steel 7. plating mechanically attached to existing deck. 8. Mechanically attach Polyisocyanurate insulation to metal deck per wind uplift fastening pattern. 9. Fully Adhere new Elevate Ultraply 60 MIL smooth TPO patch to new Polyisocyanurate insulation using Jet Bond Spray adhesive on 4” beads. Weld edges of patch to existing TPO membrane. 10. Remove existing coping metal and fascia system down to existing nailer. Care should be taken during removal not to damage system as it will be re-installed. 11. Remove any deteriorated or rotten wood nailer from top of wall and replace with new appropriately sized treated wood nailed mechanically fastened to wall. Add any nailers needed to raise the base flashing to appropriate height to accommodate for new crickets at South wall. Provide LN FT price for nailer replacement or addition on bid form. 12. Apply intumescent paint to all wood nailers per manufacturers application guides. 13. Remove existing base flashings at perimeter of lower roof. 14. Reconstruct crickets using tapered Polyisocyanurate panels to create appropriately sized crickets. Use the general guidelines that the depth of a cricket should be half the width of the cricket. The slope should be a minimum of double the structural slope towards the wall. Water should not be present longer than 48 hours at cricket area. 15. Remove Drain bowl and strainer from all drains on lower roof. Remove TPO Drain Target. 16. Install new Elevate Ultraply TPO Drain target to existing membrane per manufacturers detail. 17. Install new Elevate Ultraply TPO Flashings up and over wood nailer and nail off on back side per manufacturer provided details. 18. Install New scuppers per manufacturer provided detail. 19. Re-install existing coping on chair system at lower roof perimeter. 20. Remove field fabricated cone flashings from base of A/C Screen supports and existing membrane.
